The Volta Aluminium Comapany (VALCO0 has signed a partnership agreement with Daiichi company Ltd for the establishment of a LED and Bulb manufacturing plant in Ghana.

Management of VALCO led by its Chief Executive Officer, Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover singned the forward looking significat shareholder agreement with Daiichi.
