Two Suspects Arrested Over The Murder Of A US National Near Cape Coast

Two individuals were arrested on Friday, April 19, 2024, after the police linked them to the killing of a female US national at Nyanasen, near Cape Coast.

The two identified suspects included a Togolese male named Wisdom Sete, and one Yussif Afrim as his accomplice.

Both of them were arrested at Assin Prasso.

According to the statement of the police, Wisdom Sete who was the fiancée of the victim, allegedly conspired with Yussif Afrim to commit the murder.

The victim’s name is Naomie Jehubiyah.

In a statement released on April 21, 2024, the police said her body was later sent to the cape coast teaching hospital for autopsy and preservation.

Also, the suspects were obliged to returned two vehicles belonging to the deceased. They will remain in custody during the time of the investigation, assisting the police to obtain more details on the case.
