Ningo Prampram MP Makes 50 Most Influential Young Ghanaians List For 3rd Consecutive Year

The Member of Parliament (MP) representing the good people of Ningo Prampram, Samuel Nartey George, has been honoured as one of the 50 influential young Ghanaians for the third consecutive year.

The honours announced recently, recognised Sam George’s remarkable contributions as a lawmaker which has positively impacted numerous lives across the nation. Now serving his second term, Mr George’s primary focus remains on bolstering human capital within his constituency and promoting overall development for the betterment of his constituents.

Mr. George, the lead sponsor of the anti-LGBTQ bill, is on the verge of making history with its passage. The bill, set to criminalize the promotion, advocacy, funding, and acts of homosexuality, is currently undergoing a second consideration stage in Parliament and is likely to be passed into law by the legislature next week.

In a recent media interview, he expressed his gratitude for the recognition, interpreting it as validation of his efforts and a source of motivation to persist in his work.

Noteworthy individuals featured alongside the Ningo Prampram MP on the list include Ibrahim Mahama, Abubakar Fatimatu, the Minister-designate for Information, Jordan Ayew, and Inaki William, among several other individuals.
