McDan Speaks At 4th CHINET Aviacargo Conference In Lagos Today

Chairman of the McDan Group, Dr Daniel McKorley will address the 4th edition of the CHINET Aviacargo Conference in Lagos, the commercial capital of Africa’s most populous nation, Nigeria today August 22, 2024.

The conference brings together relevant sakeholders including regulators and industry leaders in aviation, cargo and the insurance value chain as they share ideas to tackle challenges facing the industry on the African continent.

Dr McKorley popularly known as McDan who is the guest speaker at the conference is expected to stimulate the gathering with his thought provoking ideas aimed at creating value and ensuring that, Africa owns its aviation and logistics space.

He is also expected to reiterate his long held belief that business leaders on the continent must explore growth opportunities in a spirit of collaboration whiles inspiring each other to overcome obstacles to ensure sustainability.

Dr Daniel McKorley affectionately called McDan is a Ghanaian business magnate, founder and the Group Chairman of the McDan Group of Companies.

His entrepreneurial journey started in November 1999, when he founded McDan Shipping Company in Accra, Ghana.

The Insurance Commissioner of Nigeria, Mr Olusegun Omosehin and other special guests are expected to grace the event with their presence and inspiration.
