Build Effective Systems & Structures For Success- McDan Tells Bizness Leaders

The Executive Chairman of the McDan Group, Dr Daniel McKorley has challenged Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and business leaders in Ghana to build effective systems and structures in order to grow successful businesses.

Speaking at the just ended 8th CEOs Summit in Accra, Dr McKorley who was among business leaders who received awards stated that systems and structures ensures businness efficiency.

Dr Daniel McKorley, a serial business award recipeint received the CEO of the Year (Aviation Sector) & Salt Sector with McDan Avaiation & ElectroChem Ghana Ltd respectively.

The CEO Excellence Award-Honours component of the Summit highlights and commends the accomplishments of CEOs and businesses, emphasising their success, innovation, leadership, and contributions to the economy.

This year’s event was under the theme “Reigniting Business and Economic Growth: Charting a Path Forward; Economic Diversification and Artificial Intelligence Transformation. A Private-Public Sector CEO Dialogue and High Impact Learning.”

It is organised by the Chief Executives Network Ghana in collaboration with Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers (Pwc), Ministry of Public Enterprises, Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA), University of Ghana and Multimedia group.

Over the past five years, the summit has been a pivotal platform for driving impactful change and shaping economic policy.

The CEOs Summit is the foremost annual business leadership conference in Ghana where CEOs from diverse sectors to explore innovative solutions for unlocking economic potential and driving transformative growth in the country.
