Buem MP Advocate Inclusivity As The World Marks International Women’s Day
As the global community celebrates International Women’s Day today, the member of Parliament for Buem, Kofi Iddie Adams is advocating a spirited dedication from all stakeholders to inspire inclusivity through teamwork for women ireespective of their location on the globe to realised their full potentials in life.
He urged the urgent need for all to help break barriers, challege biases and create opportunities for women to thrive in all endeavours.
”In celebrating International Women’s Day under the theme of “Inspire Inclusion,” we recognize the need to break down barriers, challenge biases, and create opportunities for all women to thrive. It is a reminder that true progress can only be achieved when we embrace diversity, foster inclusivity, and empower women from all walks of life”.
Mr Kofi Adams encouraged all to help build Ghana as a country where genger equality is just not a dream but a reality.
”As we look to the future, let us recommit ourselves to building a Country where gender equality is not just an aspiration but a reality. Let us work together to inspire inclusion, amplify women’s voices, and ensure that every woman has the opportunity to reach her full potential” he admonished.
Mr Kofi Adams said these in a statement to commemorate the 2024 International Women’s Day.
He used the opportunity to commend Prof Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang on her retention as the running Mate to Former President John Dramani Mahama who is the Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the 2024 general elections.
”I take this opportunity to congratulate Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang for her nomination as the running mate to John Dramani Mahama for the 2024 Presidential election.
I have no doubt She will make us proud and help the NDC deliver to the admiration of all” the statement said.

Statement on International Women’s Day by Hon Kofi Adams MP for Buem.
