Bawumia Is Winner Of NPP Super Delegates Elections
Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has emerged victorious in the just ended Super Delegates conference of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) according to provisional results from all sixteen regions.
The super delegates conference provision in the party statues was triggered by the party following the emergence of ten individuals as contenders for the sole slot of becoming the presidential candidate of the party for the 2024 general elections.
Dr Bawumia and four others including Alan Kyeremanten and Kennedy Agyepong will lock horns for the main National Delegates Conference slated for November 4, 2023 for the actual flagbearership slot.
with the provisional results, Dr Bawumia won the Greater Regional elections with 36 votes.
