Solar Panels Saved From Ravages Of Bushfire At Gomoa Mankoadze
Dexterous Firefighters from the Apam Fire Station successfully prevented the destruction of solar panels belonging to BXC Solar Company in Gomoa Mankoadze, Central Region as reported on the Facebook page of the Ghana National Fire Service..
Responding to a distress fire call by the GNFS at 1503 hours, the crew arrived promptly at 1518 hours, to skillfully bring the bushfire under control at 1710 hours, and ultimately extinguished it at 1731 hours, ensuring the flames did not reach the valuable solar panels.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, and fortunately, there were no casualties or property damage reported as investigations are underway.
