(Photos) Miss 2024 Asafotu Finalists Gear Up For Showdown With Grooming Sessions

The ten gorgeous finalists in the 2024 Miss Asafotu beauty contest are receiving various grooming sessions as the day for glory approahes.

The ladies who were selected based on their competence and performance from the various communities within the Ada traditional area are being housed at the luxurious Gardens Club Hotel in Ada-Kasseh.

They are being thoroughly prepared for the competition, slated for August 2, 2024, at The Point Pub in Big Ada.

Under the guidance of Mrs. Afua Asantewaa Aduonom, popularly known as Afua Sing-a-thon, along with a team of expert groomers, the contestants have been immersed in intensive training sessions.

They have learned essential skills such as how to conduct and compose themselves, master the gangplank (catwalk), adhere to table manners, and perfect the queenly wave, among other necessary attributes.

The groomimg session which is currently in its third week serves as a mop-up exercise, fine-tuning the contestants’ skills as the main event approaches.

The ten finalists have shown remarkable readiness and are poised to bring their best to the competition.

Each contestant is prepared to showcase her talent and charm, ensuring a thrilling and competitive event.

This year’s pageant promises to be both fun and exciting, with Eagle 104.9 FM as the headline sponsor and a grand prize of a car for the ultimate winner.

Since the opening of nominations, 52 ladies picked up nomination forms, with 13 attending the auditions at The Gardens Club Hotel.

After a rigorous selection process, ten finalists were shortlisted for the final showdown.

The anticipation builds as the Miss Asafotu pageant draws near, and the contestants are ready to dazzle and compete for the coveted title.
