McDan Promotes Security Guard To A Radio Presenter With Ghc 10,000 Reward
The Chairman of the McDan Group of Companies, Dr Daniel McKorley has rewarded and promoted Simon Agbovie Teddy, a security man who has risen through the rants to become a radio presenter for commitment and dedication to duty.

Simon Agbovi who was hired some two years ago as a security guard stationed at the Eagle fm at Kasseh-Ada junction kwowing himself as having an inherent talent persistently requested for an opportunity to prove himself.

The persistent prayer of Simon Agbovie finnaly paif off when the head of the sports desk at Eagle, Jonathan Nii Nortey Akron gave him the opportunity to undergo training beggining as a reporter and later became a sports presenter under the abled leadership of the General Manager of the station, Kelvin Atuguba.

Mr Agbovi is now one of the best sports presenters in Ghana with a good command of the local languages especially Ga-Dangme as well as the lingua franca.
Dr McKorley presented a Ghc 10, 000 cash prize to Simon Agbovie as the Best Supporting Staff during the End of year Dinner and Awards Night of Eagle 104.9 fm attended by all workers of the station.

Mr Simon Agbovie has also been elevated from a security guard to now, a permanent full time radio sports presenter at Eagle FM for his hardwork in promoting the brand through credibility, Intergity and truth.
An elated Simon Agbovie expressed gratitude to Dr McKorley for his generousity and the further opportunity granted him through his elevation and promised to work harder to propel the name of Eagle Radio and that of the McDan group higher.
Other staff members were also awarded.
