Lydia Alhassan Engages With Political Science Students Of UG

The hourable Member of Parliament for the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency in the Greater Accra region, Lydia Seyram Alhassan has held interactions with Political Science Students of the University of Ghana in Parliament House.

The MP engaged the students numbering over 200 who are members of the Political Science Students’ Association of the premier University during an Educational Forum at the legislative House in Accra on Wednesday December 13, 2023.

Maa Lydia during the interaction underscored the urgent need for Ghanaian citizens to engage with Members of Parliament.

According to her the First Deputy Majorty Whip, such engagements affords citizens an opportunity to understand the roles and duties of Members of Parliament, how MPs Common Fund are utilised among other parliamentary duties.
Maa Lydia expressed optism as she looks forward to further engage with students within the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency during the festive season.
