Human Shield: Hamas Vrs Israel

Accusations of Hamas using Palestinians as human shields in the ongoing conflicts with Israel have been made by various parties, including Israeli authorities and international observers. It is a serious allegation, as the use of human shields is prohibited by international humanitarian law and constitutes a violation of the principles of protecting civilians during armed conflicts.

The accusation suggests that Hamas intentionally places its operatives and military assets in civilian areas, such as residential buildings, schools, and hospitals, in an attempt to deter Israeli military action or exploit potential civilian casualties for propaganda purposes. This tactic can have severe humanitarian consequences, as it increases the risk of harm to the civilian population caught in the crossfire.

It’s indeed appalling looking at the level of destruction and casualties from both side of the conflict that is Israel and the Palestinians.

It’s on this premise that the Israeli government gave an ultimatum for the citizens of Gaza to migrate from the North to the south which has unfortunately made many refugees in their own country. As bombs, tanks and other machines of mass destruction is used by Hamas and the Israelis, its necessary to note that, if someone hides behind your Innocent self to commit crimes, then you must report to the authorities for the necessary actions to be taken.
