Fire Service Saves Wood Logs At WAKO Company At Dunkwa-On-Offin
Adept Firefighters of the Ghana National Fire Service successfully saved several wood logs owned by Wako Company at Dunkwa-on-Offin in the Central Region from fire destruction on Thursday, January 11, 2024.

Responding swiftly to the incident, the crew, led by ADO I Osafo Gyesi, left the Station at 1206 hours and arrived at the fire scene at 1215 hours to check the fierce blaze from further spread.
Although the cause of the fire is still under investigation, the plucky Firefighters managed to salvage the plywood processing plant and several wood logs from the fire ruins. All lives were protected and there were no casualties involved as at this moment.
