Electrochem Ghana To List On The Stock Exchange Market

Citizens of Ghana and investors across the country will have a golden opportunity to buy stakes in Africa’s largest commercial salt production company, Electrochem Ghana Limited which is located in Ada in the Greater Accra region, Group Chairman of the McDan Group of Companies, Dr Daniel McCorley has hinted.

According to him, to move is aimed at giving every Ghanaian investor the opportunity to become part of the Electrochem investment drive in the quest of creating more jobs for citizens and growing the local economy.

Dr Daniel McCorley who is now the Group Chairman of the McDan Group gave the hint recently in Accra during the official outdooring of Mr Kweku Ampromfi as the new Chief Executive Officer of the McDan Group of Companies.

The Group Chairman assured the new CEO of the team of his commitment to support them to advance the vision of the group more importantly to ensure the listing of Electrochem on the Stock Market.

The new CEO, Kwaku brings on board an in-depth knowledge of finance, investment, strategic management, global business dynamics, and leadership.

He is a finance, investment, and strategic management professional with over 20 years of experience in multiple industries in Africa and North America.

About Electrochem Ghana Limited Project

ElecroChem Ghana Limited is a wholly owned registered Ghanaian company in 2017 and legally acquired 41,000 acres of concession at Ada Songor to produce 1,000,000 metric tons of salt per annum for the local and the international markets.

 The Electrochem Ghana project, the largest salt-producing company in Ghana is expected to position the country as a significant player within the global market that currently uses 271 million metric tons of salt.
