Afoega SHS Receives 500 Chairs & Tables From MP For North Dayi
The desire to help improve education delivery in her constituency has always been the motivating factor for her to go every length in gathering resources.
As a demonstration of that ambition, Member of Parliament (MP) for the North Dayi constituency in the Volta region, Hon Joycelyn Tetteh in a prompt response to a request by Headmaster of the Anfoega Senior High School popularly known as AnfoeSec has donated 400 costly metal leg plastic chairs and 100 chairs to the school.

Presenting the tables and chairs to the school, Hon Joycelyn Tetteh said, as a lover of education she would do her best to improve educational needs and facilities under her leadership.
She encouraged the students to learn hard to enable the North Dayi Constituency have many human resource in the very near future to help build communities in the area.

The Headmaster of AnFoeSec, Mr Albert Dodo expressed gratitude to the lawmaker for her prompt response and continues kind gestures and support to the school and the community.
According to him, the MP’s swift response beats his expectation and called on the chiefs, parents, students and all stakeholders in education to offer their unflinching support to her always to deliver more goodies for the area.
He assured of the school’s resolve to maintain the tables and chairs in order to derive maximum benefit from the gesture.

Some residents were full of praise and admiration of the North Dayi MP and were optimistic that under her leadership, the constituency will keep enjoying more transformation, support and progress.
They described Hon Joycelyn Tetteh as ‘a leader who knows how to solve problems’ and pledged their support and appreciation to her always.
The intervention by the lawmaker is therefore a major booster towards enhancing academic work in the school.

The mission of the school is to promote relevant education for all Ghanaian children especially those in the rural areas which constitute the catchment area of the School and has a vision to be an enviable training ground for students to attain academic excellence and high moral values grounded on self-discipline, commitment and dedication to duty.
